16 oz Elbow Macaroni

4 tablespoons Butter

4 tablespoons Flour

3 cups Milk

2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder

1/4 teaspoon Paprika

Salt and Pepper to taste

1/2 cup Bread Crumbs (optional, for topping)
Instructions

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.

In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1–2 minutes.

Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Cook, stirring, until thickened, about 4–5 minutes.

Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.

Add cooked macaroni to the sauce and stir to coat.

Pour into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

Sprinkle bread crumbs on top if using.

Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
