Ingredients
For the cheesecake filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
For the strawberry crunch:

1 cup Golden Oreos, crushed

1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

2 tablespoons melted butter
For the cones:

6 waffle cones

1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Extra whipped topping (optional for garnish)
Instructions

In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and mix until creamy.

Fold in whipped topping until the mixture is fluffy and combined. Set aside in the fridge to chill.

In a separate bowl, mix crushed Golden Oreos, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter until crumbly and well mixed. This is your strawberry crunch.

Fill each waffle cone with a layer of chopped strawberries at the bottom.

Pipe or spoon in the cheesecake filling until the cone is full.

Roll or sprinkle the top of the filling with strawberry crunch to coat generously.

Add a dollop of whipped topping and a fresh strawberry on top if desired.
