Divide the dough: wrap one-third in plastic wrap and place in the freezer; wrap the rest and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
-
-
Prepare the Filling:
-
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
-
-
Assemble the Bars:
-
Preheat your oven to 350°F.

On a floured surface, roll out the chilled dough to fit a 9×13-inch baking dish. Press it into the bottom and slightly up the sides.

Pour the cream cheese filling over the crust and spread evenly.
-
Scatter the raspberries over the top.
-
-
Add the Topping:
-
Grate the frozen dough using a box grater.

Mix the grated dough with the ground almonds.
-
Sprinkle evenly over the raspberry layer.

Bake:
-
Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
-
