  • ½ large cucumber, peeled

  • ½ banana

  • 1 cup lemonade

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • ½ avocado

  • 6 large leaves of Tuscan kale, center ribs removed

  • 56 fresh mint leaves


Instructions

 

  1. Add the ingredients to your blender in the order listed, starting with the lemonade to ensure even blending.

  2. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  3. If using a high-powered blender, serve immediately. If using a regular blender, you may want to strain the smoothie through a fine mesh sieve before serving for a smoother texture.

  4. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
