3 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)

2 cups tomato sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F.

Prepare Ramen Noodles:

Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, omitting the seasoning packets. Drain and set aside.

Assemble the Lasagna:

In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom.

Place a layer of cooked ramen noodles over the sauce.

Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.

Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.

Sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the top layer.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
