Creative Ramen Lasagna Bake: A Fun Twist on Classic Lasagna

  • 3 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)

  • 2 cups tomato sauce

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 375°F.

  • Prepare Ramen Noodles:

    • Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, omitting the seasoning packets. Drain and set aside.

  • Assemble the Lasagna:

    • In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom.

    • Place a layer of cooked ramen noodles over the sauce.

    • Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.

    • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.

  • Season:

    • Sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the top layer.

  • Bake:

    • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.

    • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

 

  • Garnish and Serve:

    • Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

    • Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.

    • Slice and serve warm.
