Ingredients

1.5 lbs Chicken Breast, cut into strips

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

1 small Onion, chopped

4 cups Cabbage, shredded

3 cloves Garlic, minced

1 cup Heavy Cream

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Salt and Pepper to taste

Fresh Parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add chicken strips, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté onion for 2–3 minutes until soft.

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add shredded cabbage and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring until softened.

Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; stir until creamy and combined.

Return cooked chicken to the skillet. Stir everything together and cook for 2 more minutes.

Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
