Instructions

Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 375°F. -
Prepare the Chicken:
Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast without slicing through completely. -
Make the Filling:
In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, crumbled turkey bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. -
Stuff the Chicken:
Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each chicken breast pocket.
Secure the openings with toothpicks to keep the filling inside. -
Set Up the Breading Station:
Place the flour in one shallow bowl.
In a second bowl, beat the eggs with the milk.
In a third bowl, place the crushed Doritos. -
Bread the Chicken:
Coat each stuffed chicken breast in flour, shaking off any excess.
