1.5 lbs Chicken Breast, cut into 1-inch cubes

1/2 cup Coconut Milk

2 tablespoons Lime Juice

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

2 Garlic Cloves, minced

1 teaspoon Honey

1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin

Salt and Pepper to taste

Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together coconut milk, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, honey, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken pieces to the marinade, mix well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.

Grill skewers for 4–5 minutes on each side until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.

Serve hot with extra lime wedges!
