2 pints fresh strawberries

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

½ cup chocolate syrup

¼ cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped topping

Optional garnishes: mini chocolate chips or chocolate sprinkles
Instructions

Wash the strawberries thoroughly. Slice off the tops and, if necessary, a small portion of the bottom so they can stand upright. Carefully hollow out the center of each strawberry using a small knife or strawberry huller.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chocolate syrup, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and well combined.

Gently fold the whipped topping into the chocolate cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.

Transfer the filling into a piping bag fitted with a star tip or a resealable plastic bag with a corner snipped off.

Pipe the filling into each hollowed-out strawberry, allowing a small amount to mound on top.

If desired, garnish with mini chocolate chips or chocolate sprinkles.

Refrigerate the stuffed strawberries for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the filling to set.
