- 1 packet taco seasoning
- ¾ cup water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces light cream cheese

Cook the Pasta:
- Boil pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Beef Mixture:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Combine Ingredients:
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet with the beef mixture.
- Stir in shredded cheddar and cream cheese until melted and creamy.
