Cheesy Pizza Pockets Recipe – Easy Homemade Pizza Pockets in 30 Minutes

  • 1 package Refrigerated Pizza Dough

  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Mini Pepperoni (or chopped Turkey Pepperoni)

  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

  • 1 Egg (for egg wash)


Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 6 rectangles.

  3. On one half of each rectangle, spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce.

  4. Top sauce with mozzarella, cheddar, and a few pieces of turkey pepperoni. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

  5. Fold dough over filling to make a pocket. Press edges with a fork to seal.

  6. Brush tops with beaten egg.

  7. Bake 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.

  8. Cool slightly before serving with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
