Ingredients
For the Chicken Filling:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced into thin strips)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 cloves fresh garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper
For the Garlic Sauce:

¼ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup sour cream

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon olive oil
For the Wraps:

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
-
½ cup chopped lettuce
-
½ cup diced tomatoes
Optional Add-ons:

Avocado slices

Sliced onions
-
Pickles
-
Crispy turkey bacon bits
Instructions

Cook the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add sliced chicken, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked and golden.
Remove from heat and set aside. -
Make the Garlic Sauce:
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Whisk until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed. -
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay tortillas flat.
Spread garlic sauce generously over each.
Add a layer of cooked chicken, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
Add any optional toppings if desired. -
Wrap and Toast:
Fold in sides of tortilla and roll tightly.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little olive oil.
Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet.
Toast for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted. -
Serve:
Slice wraps in half and serve hot with extra garlic sauce on the side.
