  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • Nonstick cooking spray or olive oil for baking

  • Optional: ranch or honey mustard for dipping


Instructions

 

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick spray or brush with olive oil.

  2. Make the Mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded cheese, crumbled turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, and seasonings. Mix well with clean hands or a spoon until everything is evenly combined.

  3. Shape the Sticks: Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and shape into short, thick sticks or logs (about finger-length). Place each one on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Bake: Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the sticks are golden brown and fully cooked (internal temp should be 165°F).

  5. Serve: Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
