Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick spray or brush with olive oil.

Make the Mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded cheese, crumbled turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, and seasonings. Mix well with clean hands or a spoon until everything is evenly combined.

Shape the Sticks: Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and shape into short, thick sticks or logs (about finger-length). Place each one on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake: Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the sticks are golden brown and fully cooked (internal temp should be 165°F).
