Ingredients

8 oz Fettuccine or Penne Pasta

1 lb Chicken Breast, cut into strips

1/2 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning

1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced

1 Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced

3 cloves Garlic, minced

1 cup Heavy Cream
-
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Salt and Pepper to taste

Fresh Parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.

Season chicken and shrimp with Cajun seasoning.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, cook shrimp until pink; remove and set aside.

Add bell peppers and garlic to the skillet; sauté for 3–4 minutes.

Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.

Add cooked pasta, chicken, and shrimp to the skillet. Toss to coat in sauce.

Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley if desired.
