2. Make the Dough

  • Stir in the melted butter, egg, salt, and herbs.

  • Gradually add flour and mix until dough comes together.

  • Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  • Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.

3. Shape the Rolls

  • Punch down dough and divide into 12–16 equal pieces.
