Beefy Turkey Bacon Tater Tot Casserole: A Hearty Comfort Food Recipe

  • 1 lb Ground Beef

  • 1/2 cup Turkey Bacon, cooked and chopped

  • 1 small Onion, chopped

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream

  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 bag (32 oz) Frozen Tater Tots

  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until beef is browned; drain excess fat.

  3. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  4. Spread beef mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

  5. Sprinkle turkey bacon and 1 cup of shredded cheese over the beef.

  6. Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.

  7. Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes until tater tots are golden brown.

  8. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the casserole and bake 5 more minutes until melted.
