  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup nacho cheese Doritos, crumbled
  • Large flour tortillas

Instructions

 

  1. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Season the Meat: Add the taco seasoning to the cooked beef and mix well.
  3. Sauté Vegetables: In a separate pan, sauté the chopped bell peppers and onions until they are tender.
  4. Assemble the Wraps:
    • Lay a flour tortilla flat.
    • Spread a layer of nacho cheese sauce in the center.
    • Add a portion of the seasoned ground beef on top of the cheese.
    • Spoon some drained Rotel over the beef.
    • Add sautéed bell peppers and onions.
    • Top with shredded lettuce and a dollop of sour cream.
    • Sprinkle crumbled Doritos over the fillings.
  5. Wrap and Grill:
    • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
    • Place the wrap seam-side down on a preheated grill or skillet.
    • Grill for a few minutes on each side until the tortilla is crispy and golden brown.
