- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup nacho cheese Doritos, crumbled
- Large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
- Season the Meat: Add the taco seasoning to the cooked beef and mix well.
- Sauté Vegetables: In a separate pan, sauté the chopped bell peppers and onions until they are tender.
- Assemble the Wraps:
- Lay a flour tortilla flat.
- Spread a layer of nacho cheese sauce in the center.
- Add a portion of the seasoned ground beef on top of the cheese.
- Spoon some drained Rotel over the beef.
- Add sautéed bell peppers and onions.
- Top with shredded lettuce and a dollop of sour cream.
- Sprinkle crumbled Doritos over the fillings.
- Wrap and Grill:
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
- Place the wrap seam-side down on a preheated grill or skillet.
- Grill for a few minutes on each side until the tortilla is crispy and golden brown.
