Ingredients

1 lb Ground Beef (or thinly sliced beef)

2 packs Ramen Noodles (discard seasoning)

2 cups Broccoli Florets

2 tablespoons Soy Sauce (low sodium)

2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce

1 tablespoon Brown Sugar

1 tablespoon Sesame Oil (or Vegetable Oil)

1 teaspoon Minced Garlic

1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger

1/4 cup Water
Instructions

Cook ramen noodles in boiling water for 2–3 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and cook beef until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

Add garlic and ginger to skillet; cook for 1 minute.

Stir in broccoli and water. Cover and steam for 3–5 minutes until broccoli is tender.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and brown sugar.

Add drained noodles and sauce to skillet; toss everything to coat evenly.

Cook another 2 minutes, then serve hot.
