Beef and Broccoli Ramen Stir Fry – A Quick and Flavorful Stir Fry Recipe

  • 1 lb Ground Beef (or thinly sliced beef)

  • 2 packs Ramen Noodles (discard seasoning)

  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets

  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce (low sodium)

  • 2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar

  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil (or Vegetable Oil)

  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic

  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger

  • 1/4 cup Water


Instructions

 

  1. Cook ramen noodles in boiling water for 2–3 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and cook beef until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

  3. Add garlic and ginger to skillet; cook for 1 minute.

  4. Stir in broccoli and water. Cover and steam for 3–5 minutes until broccoli is tender.

  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and brown sugar.

  6. Add drained noodles and sauce to skillet; toss everything to coat evenly.

  7. Cook another 2 minutes, then serve hot.
