  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix

  • ½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  • Prepare the Oven and Baking Dish:

    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    • Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.

  • Coat the Chicken:

    • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.

    • Evenly spread mayonnaise over both sides of each chicken breast. This helps keep the meat moist during baking.

  • Prepare the Breading Mixture:

    • In a shallow bowl or plate, combine the ranch dressing mix, seasoned breadcrumbs, and grated Parmesan cheese.

  • Bread the Chicken:

    • Dredge each mayonnaise-coated chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure the coating adheres well.

    • Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.

  • Bake:

    • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C) when measured with a meat thermometer.

 

  • Serve:

    • Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.

    • Serve warm alongside your favorite side dishes.
