2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut in half lengthwise to make 4 thin pieces)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Avocado oil spray (or olive oil spray)

Fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F.

In a small bowl, mix the paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Lightly spray a baking dish or sheet pan with avocado oil spray.

Place the chicken pieces in the dish and season both sides with the spice mix.

Sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the top of each chicken breast.

Generously cover the chicken with grated Parmesan cheese.

Optional: Add chopped parsley on top and spray lightly with more avocado oil for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
