  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 8 slices turkey bacon (regular, not thick-cut)

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F.

  • Mix the Seasoning: In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Season the Chicken: Rub half of the seasoning over all sides of the chicken breasts.

  • Wrap with Turkey Bacon: Wrap each chicken breast with two slices of turkey bacon, tucking the ends underneath.

  • Place in Baking Dish: Put the wrapped chicken seam-side down in a baking dish.

  • Add More Seasoning: Sprinkle the remaining seasoning over the top of each piece.

  • Bake: Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  • Crisp the Bacon: For extra crispiness, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end—just watch it closely!

 

  • Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
