  • 1/2 medium banana

  • 1/4 cup lite coconut milk (unsweetened)

  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk (or almond milk)

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes


Instructions

 

  1. Cut and scoop the avocado into a blender.

  2. Add the banana, coconut milk, low-fat milk, shredded coconut, and ice cubes.

  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
