1/2 cup low-fat milk (or almond milk)

1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

Cut and scoop the avocado into a blender.

Add the banana, coconut milk, low-fat milk, shredded coconut, and ice cubes.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
