1 can Chickpeas (15 oz), drained and rinsed

1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup Kalamata Olives, sliced

1/4 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, and feta.

In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to combine.

Store in containers for meal prep or serve fresh.
